How To Return Items:

If for any reason you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible, and our team will take care of your request.

Items Eligible For Return:

• Products that are damaged or faulty
• Orders that arrive incomplete
• All returns must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition which they were received.

Please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 working days of delivery to request an item return.

Credit May Be Returned To You In The Following Ways:

• As an exchange (as appropriate) for another item from globalitystore.com.
• As a refund to your account in Globality Store.
• A refund payment to your credit card institution.
• A refund payment to your PayPal account.

Items Which Can’t Be Returned:

• Products can not be returned more than 7 days of delivery.
